Shawna was vital in both the purchase of this house and in turn the property we sold thereafter. She was patient and continually helpful during our house search, and a key asset to us and advocate for us for both some contracts that didn’t pan out and the ones that did. She worked firmly and consistently with lenders, other agents, and even an appraisal management company in these various processes when they needed continual prodding and pressure about the various complex issues that can come up during both purchases and sales. I can’t say enough about Megan Jones. She went above and beyond to make my purchase happen. I bought an older home and of course ran into many hiccups along the way.
