•We worked with Kim during a company relocation from Pittsburgh to Atlanta. She was very patient in letting us see homes in a wide radius and helping to find exactly what we were looking for. She helped through negotiations from start to finish and ensuring that everything was up to par with our purchase and inspections, as well as keeping the selling party involved and holding them accountable. We closed around 9 months ago and she is still more than helpful and responsive when we have encountered any kind of issue or roadblock and we couldn't be happier to have gotten to know her. She even has connected us with contractors, etc. in the area when we've needed different things done. Would highly recommend.
