Peggy Davis was very friendly, honest, thorough communication, workable and honest.

Our experience with Peggy Davis with Magnolia was the best. Touring with Peggy in our limited time we had on visits to SC; the selections of areas and houses; details given about each house and area and the easy of scheduling time with her with not being rushed was the best. She understood our wants, needs and expectations far exceeded finding our forever home. Always added a personal touch with no other realtor we have dealt with. We are very happy and content.
