We looked at 4 homes with pre- approval ready to put an offer down, and it was so disheartening not to be able to find something we wanted to purchase because of the listings were misleading, but Patsy worked after 9 pm tirelessly trying to find a "New Build" that she insisted we would be able to handle with regard to our income, and finally another realtor answered the call at 10 O'clock at night, agreed to meet us on July 4th, showed us the home that next morning.
