•What can we say about Roscoe! My wife and I were relocating from NY to SC and it was difficult for us to come down often. Roscoe was in constant communication with us and would be working (what seemed like non-stop) to make sure it felt like we were there during the entire process. He would go and take photos/video and was always gathering information on anything my wife was throwing at him (which at some points was a lot). My wife works for a realtor in NY and understands the job and Roscoe went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. Now that we are in our dream home (that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Roscoe) I recommend him to anyone I talk to that is looking for a realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone just thinking about looking for a place in SC he is super knowledgeable about the area and knows how to find the right fit for you! Thank you again Roscoe for all of the hard work that you have put in and help us find our paradise!
