Dear Steve, Thank you for your efforts on our behalf in finding a new home. We could not be happier with our choice, and that process was guided by your expert advice. Navigating the waters of such a major purchase can be scary and frustrating at times, to say the least, and you helped us find our way. Thank you also for the beautiful rug you sent. It arrived today, and it looks perfect in our entrance hall. The color scheme is the perfect choice for the color of our floor. You definitely have an eye for color and design. The selling agents for D. R. Horton have also been great to work with in the purchase process and continue to be very helpful in getting us settled in. The neighbors here are so nice and welcoming - much more outgoing and personable than any we met in Doylestown. As we have remarked to each other - we're all in the same boat and at the same cross-roads in life. It makes for a compatible community. Again, thank you. Ginny is also very happy with her choice, and she is settling in nicely. We have been over to her place several times to hang pictures, arrange furniture, etc. She is back where she needs to be, and is among her church friends, which is perfect. She also feels very comfortable in Hatfield, as she is living only about a mile from her old house, where she lived for twenty-five years. So job well done, all around! Sincerely, Ken and Juan
