•We really thought buying a home would be fairly easy...boy were we wrong. Our price point was extremely competitive and we are so thankful we had Tara to help us and navigate us through the process. We looked at a lot of houses and Tara was knowledgeable about pretty much everything; from laws regarding pool fences to the possible challenges of re-selling a corner-lot home on a busy street. She was so patient and kind with us, was very encouraging when we felt like giving up and kept her great sense of humor throughout the whole process. She worked around our crazy schedules and sacrificed watching her sons' baseball games. We felt terrible asking her to give up that time, but she knew how badly we wanted to find our new home & stop paying someone else's mortgage! She knew it when we found "The One", even though we wanted to look at more houses. She prompted is to go look at our new home again, and that's all it took. We put in an offer and now own our very first home together. We are ecstatic and can't thank Tara enough for her time and the effort she put in for us!! She is incredible!!
