I have used Madison in the sale and purchases of 3 homes over the years. Madison makes it as easy and cost effective as possible for both sides of the transaction. On the selling side she makes sure the house is professionally cleaned and photographed. She even gave some of her commission to help me take the most money home. When it came to buying she was very aggressive with her offers and always offered 1% of her commission towards my closing cost or rate but down which was super gracious of her. Gladys spent most of her time with us on the phone with other clients or personal phone calls. When we finally found a home and called her to negotiate, she arrived late and lied to us to close the deal. Her deception didn't come to light until the night before closing, which left us and the lender scrambling at the last minute. She turned what should have been a happy occasion into a complete nightmare. Both the lender and I tried calling her broker for resolution, but our calls were never returned. I would not recommend Gladys or Virtual Reality Group to anyone.
