Autumn was with us every step of the way and helped with negotiations on the same properties even when the first go round didn't work out. We had walked away, then went back and were successful with her guidance and expertise. She also guided us on the inspections, paperwork and the processes - from long distance with e-signing and everything we needed. We started the process a few years before we bought and she would be available to us whenever we were there. Honest and helpful with referrals for needed work on the property even after the purchase.
