Mr. Hickson is a true professional. He was very helpful in helping me find a house of my liking. He conscientiously took every steps necessary to honor and respect my wants and needs in a home. He was patient and respectful throughout the whole transaction. At no time I felt I was not being taken seriously as was the case of a previous realtor. You see, I drove 10 hours from New Jersey to Detroite, MI to meet with a realtor in order to look at a house. When I got to his office, he told me that the house I was interested in has already been sold and even though I was in constant communication with him on the phone while I was on the road, failed to mention that to me. He did not even line up other homes for me to look at, imagine my disappointment! When I met Mr. Hickson, It was a totally whole new experience in a a good way. Yes, he gave undivided attention to the deal from start to finish. I am pleased with his services, and yes I highly recommend him as a realtor because I know you will not be disappointed.

But the things that stands out is he goes to bat for his buyers, he is on top it , communication and dialog is important to him. When things got tuff he kept going with confidence.
