•Although I did not know Mark Schwartz before I was going to put my condo on the market, I had a wonderful feeling after we spoke that he would be a terrific advocate. He exceeded any and all expectations I had. Not only is knowledgeable in all technical matters pertaining to southwest Florida real estate, but he was also a determined advocate on my behalf at every stage of the process. He priced my condo aggressively, then within two days I had three offers all above my list price. From that point until closing, he was always available to help with questions. Moreover, he identified vendors to take care of whatever needed to be done to prepare for the closing and the transition to the new owner. You would be well served to select him to represent you in any and all matters pertaining to real estate. I give him the highest possible marks for communication, thoroughness, and effectiveness!
