•Kelly identified numerous potential properties. When we identified some on our own Kelly would often give insights regarding the property that allowed us to sort out those that would not be worth our while to tour. She went out of her way to take us on tours, the properties were often an hour or so from her office. When her schedule was full, she arranged for colleagues to meet us to enable touring the properties. She helped us a great deal during the negotiations and closing process.
