•We used Adam as our buyer’s agent and seller’s agent at the recommendation of our lender Tammy Saul. We went to an open house on a whim just to see what was out there, chatted with a few lenders, and then in passing told Tammy “we would put an offer on this house today if we could”. She said “really? Well we can” and managed to conference in Adam immediately (on a Saturday!) and within 2 hours we had an offer submitted. By that Monday we were under contract. Then when we decided to sell our Baltimore city rowhome we were worried we’d have an uphill battle because we were entering the off season, the inventory in the neighborhood had been sitting for 30+ days on average, and there were price drops left and right. Well Adam’s marketing and pricing strategy worked some magic because we went live on a Thursday and by Tuesday we were under contract. We closed in 3 weeks, as is, at 11k over asking. Adam works hard, leverages his team and network, understands market dynamics, and doesn’t bullshit you. He knows that time is the unspoken currency of real estate and he doesn’t waste any. Real estate is not Adam’s side gig or a hobby, it’s his career! And he’s at the top of it for a reason!!!
