Great realtor even better friend

When I started my home buying journey Fonda was ecstatic for me and my big leap she was willing to be by my side every step of the journey. She Always answered my calls day or night, put up with all of my ridiculous questions (as a first time home buyer I certainly had more than a few) she was very pleasant and took her time in explaining to me the process and what to expect along the way. She was kind and patent with me all the way to closing and even after. Fonda was optimistic, she said "we will find you the right home that you will love". So we set out on our journey. Fonda was diligent in setting up my weekend' s with wonderful options that fit my wants, needs, and in the area i was searching for within my budget. Keeping all that in mind to find the right one for me was no easy task. Fonda stayed positive and was hopeful for me. One weekend we were looking for more potential matches and this one on Lanewood was still on zillow so I asked one final time to check and see if it was still available? To our surprise it was finally my turn to get a swing at my dream property! She was able to swiftly set up a viewing for that day. Within minutes of seeing the house i knew this is where i wanted to be. Fonda spent days going back and forth with the sellers to find the right price for me and one that made sense to the sellers, we were finally able to come to an agreement. I felt that only through her optimism and drive and relentless pursuit to my goals were we able to get the house of my dreams. later that year i was able to spend christmas in that home, what a feeling! So when your in need of a realtor who will listen and stay determined to help you in search of your dream there is no other realtor or friend i can recommend more than this woman.  Fonda Sabin.
