•We started working with another realtor. We found a home we liked online, but the agent never scheduled a viewing, despite numerous requests. Then a friend of mine mentioned that he received a rebate from his realtor at closing. Skeptical, I searched for real estate agent buyer rebate in Google and Mike (House of Rebate) was one of the top search results. After an initial conversation with my wife, we decided to give him a shot. Even though we were unavailable to meet, Mike personally went to the property and provided his feedback. We were impressed by his diligence. Upon meeting Mike for the first time, he understood our criteria in searching for our new home. He would only send listings that met our criteria and showed homes that we specifically requested. He never had an issue scheduling viewings even with our limited availability. Despite a fast market where homes were being sold days after being listed, Mike showed us the home we ended up buying and stayed on top of the seller's agent for updates. Throughout the process, Mike was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and made himself available to discuss our concerns. And even better, he made good on his offer of a rebate which was used to offset some closing costs! So if anyone is looking for an experienced agent that is honest, reliable and professional, Mike should be your first choice (and $$ at closing only sweetens the pot!)
