Communication was constant by text and email. She was patient as we were very picky and it look many months to find the right home. Any time we were interested in seeing a place, she was quick to set up appointments and run comps. She was honest when a home was and wasn’t a good value. Once we finally found the right place, she helped with the offer, set up appointments with her connections for inspections during the option period, and helped with negotiations for reductions and credits. To top it all off, she gave us a lovely custom gift basket after closing.

Selling our home through Talyn Provo’s team with Douglas Elliman real estate was simple and straightforward. Talyn and her team are young, energetic, goal and results driven, and utilize modern technology and social media platforms to get maximum visibility on the homes they are working to get sold. Wanted to give 5 stars, but we did encounter challenges with timely and prompt communication and feedback regarding the sale of our home from the team in general so that is an area for improvement, but all in all our house sold in just over 3 months, and we’d contract Talyn and team to work for us again if we ever had a need to sell our house.

Exceeded our expectations! . Our realtor Kayla Gill and the Talyn Provo team did an excellent job negotiating and communicating with us through the whole buying process. They were professional and knowledgeable. Kayla did a great job during our inspection process as well and negotiated a great deal for us on repairs and followed through to make sure they were completed. The buying process was enjoyable and easy from start to finish! I highly recommend Kayla, Talyn and the team for all your real estate needs. Kayla was our realtor on the sell of our house too and it was a great experience as well.

We have purchased and sold many homes through the years but I’ve never had such a great experience! From the very beginning of the process with a walk through to establish the asking price until the very end with them offering to help us pack, our realtor Kayla Gill, and the Talyn Provo team exceeded our expectations! We were also so pleased with the 2 Open Houses they hosted with lots of food and drinks starting on the very first weekend our house went on the market! A team of 4 people showed up at our house with a beautiful charcuterie board, soft drinks, tea, wine etc! I have already referred our realtor Kayla and all the team to several friends for a professional and stress free experience!
