We had a long list of requirements and Ray never brought us to a house that did not meet our specifications. He knew everything about the neighborhoods we were going to, was able to give us honest opinions about the value of the homes and the cost of any repairs or upgrades they would need, and never pressured us to put in an offer we weren’t comfortable with. even though it took over a year to find a home, he was never more than a phone call away.
