Rosa came prepared with several comps, some were priced too high and were languishing on the market. She suggested a realistic price, which was quite acceptable. We discussed what repairs were needed prior to listing on the market. She assisted with sources for different items, all who did good work for reasonable prices. Once on the market, we had a buyer in just a few days just slightly below the listing price. Then she stayed with it all the way to closing. Super job! Rosa works very hard for her clients!
