•Selling our mom’s houses after she passed was a very emotional and overwhelming experience for my family. Chris was very compassionate, patient and professional through every step of the process. Initially Chris met with our family as working with 6 differs personalities has it’s challenges and he wanted everyone to feel comfortable with the information he was providing and for them to be able to ask any questions they needed. Since we had much to do to prepare the houses for sale, Chris would check in to see how we were doing and asked if there was anything help in any way. When it came to the market visibility, Chris showed us how he could see the amount of views on our particular properties which helped us to decide if we needed to adjust our pricing or sit tight.the properties. He continually communicated as things progressed and was very transparent throughout the entire process. I would definitely use Chris Doherty again!
