•We purchased our first property here in Myrtle Beach, approximately 10 years ago. We were looking for a second home / rental property and viewed positive reviews for Sharon when looking for Relators in the area. Sharon and I were in communication for approximately 12-15 months when my wife and I decided to "take-a-look" at a host of conds that Sharon had put together for us, which resulted in the purchase of our first property here in Myrtle Beach. Fast track three years later: My wife and I were looking for a larger condo and contacted Sharon once again. (We've kept in touch with her since our original purchase) Sharon found us a beautiful property, while negotiating the sale on our 1st property, resulting in a fantastic ROI. Moving on to the present time, my wife and I are now both retired and ready to sell our home up North and to make North Myrtle Beach our retirement home. We placed a call to Sharon, letting her know that we would like to start a new property search. Sharon gathered the specifications on ten properties or so and sent them over to us. Now, Sharon and my wife talk on occasion and Sharon was aware of the style and requirements of our search; so, when we traveled to Myrtle Beach, Sharon was ready to "Hit-the-Town" Running! We viewed four homes on the first day and three on the second. Though the homes were beautiful, they just weren't a fit. Sharon then proceeded to contact a customer of hers that purchased and sold multiple homes "via" Sharon. Sharon then asked the owner if he would like to sell his property to this lovely couple that she previously has worked with. The Gentlemen informed Sharon that he would like to run the idea through his wife first. (Smart move!) Sharon received the OK from the home owner and we obtained the key code. My wife and I walked in and immediately fell in love with this property, which is now our new home! I've just reached my maximium characters. I highly recommend Sharon for all your R.E. needs!
