•We chose Trish to sell our home having a very positive experience in buying and selling a condo in Myrtle Beach previously. In 2020, we contacted Trish again to help us purchase a residential property in Myrtle Beach. She did not give up even with our unique requests of a three car garage in a truly Southern home within walking distance to the beach. Due to unforeseen family circumstances, we needed to move this year and chose Trish to help us sell Woodside. Once listed on the MLS we had several showings and multiple offers within 24 hours. We are thankful to have Trish as our agent and advocate in both buying and selling property.
