•Rachel went above and beyond in assisting us in finding, and helping us secure our first investment property. She had great inside imput about various HOAs and Condo Groups, and staff able to help imput their own ROI projections on prospective properties. She helped advocate for us when we ran into different roadblocks with our mortgauge company, and keeping them on track for closing. She was always down to earth, and never pushy. She had good advice, and asked helpful questions, being first time investors. 10/10 we would recommend her services, and will be return clients.
