•Linda has assisted my family with the purchase and sale of several properties. Most recently she assisted me with selling two of our family's homes. During her initial assessment of the homes, she was able to identify and articulate the positive and negative attributes of each home. She knows what buyers are looking for and offered suggestions on what adjustments could be made to enhance the appeal of the homes in the market. Her marketing techniques are top-notch. She set up the homes for photos and worked with a top-of-the-line photographer to ensure they looked their best. Once listed, she previewed the homes before each showing to make sure they were in order. Offers came in very quickly and she walked me through each one of them so I clearly understood those that were best for my family. Once the offers were accepted, she kept me on track with things that needed to happen to keep the closing process moving forward. She handled anything she could do herself which lightened the load for me significantly. I can’t imagine going through this process without Linda. Not only is she a beach real estate expert, but she is also a compassionate and caring individual as well. I appreciate all she has done for my family and me.
