•As a first time home buyer, Megan was such a big help throughout the entire process. For looking at homes, she was proactive in looking at properties, finding comps, and setting up tours I could go to during my lunch breaks and on weekends. When I found two places I loved she did amazing work negotiating prices and contacting the seller to get our questions answered. The seller/agent of the home we finally went with turned out to be real pain, restricting our access to the property and threatening to cancel the purchase if we didn't meet impossible deadlines. If it weren't for Megan's professionalism and friendly demeaner, and how she shielded us from the wickedness of the seller, I would not have been able to make it through the process and purchase this home. Even after the closing, Megan continues to be a great help and friendly face. Very thankful to have been recommended her by a friend of a friend, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
