Blake made my wife’s and I home buying and selling experience an enjoyable journey. He was there with us every step of the way. When ever we wanted to look for homes he was willing and ready no matter where we decided. He was very knowledgeable about the market. He helped us sell our house fast and easy. With his help we were able the sell our home for way more than we were asking! He was extremely friendly and professional throughout both experiences. If was to buy another home I would definitely use Blake again! 10/10

We were under time constraints, I had 5 days to list my house in order to hold the property I wanted to purchase. Stephanie recommended that we stage the house so I had to remove most of my furniture and personal items. She took care of details around all that and when the help to move furniture didn’t show up she recruited her daughters their friends and her husband to do some brutal stuff like a treadmill out of the basement. The staging was amazing and the house was sold in 2 weeks. Stephanie was not only fun to work with, she helped however she could and I can’t imagine going through this nightmare without her.

We got over asking for our sell and he negotiated a great price for our new home! He was in control of my deal.so that took a load off of our minds . Nick did an absolutely wonderful job assisting us throughout our home buying process.
