She is also very skilled at negotiation and will help you win with your offer. Finally, she is also patient and dedicated to getting her clients what they want and need. Cyndy was awesome to work with! We looked and looked and with todays market it wasn't easy. But she was great finding us places that fit our budget and needs. Cyndy made the process fun and painless. And in the end we got into our dream home with everything we wanted!! We can't wait to spend our first Christmas in our new home. I've already sent family her way and if need be well use her as our realtor again :)

Saudi is the absolute best person for any job. My wife and I were injured in a car accident while we were getting ready to sell our home. Saudi not only made the process fun, exciting, and enjoyable her and her family also helped us get the house ready to be listed. She worked around our tired painfilled bodies and never once complained. When someone came over to clean the house for the photos they ended up stealing stuff from us and Saudi not only tried to hunt the items down from the individual but she offered to replace them (which we declined because she had done so much for us already and she wasn't the one to blame). But she took it as her personal responsibility to make everything right. She is easy to talk with, she is up front and honest about what she says, and goes extremely above and beyond what anyone would ever expect from a realtor. I would not give Saudi 5/5 stars. I would give her so much more because she does amazing work! We have had multiple realtors in the past and all of them we just average to where I probably would never review them. Saudi puts every single of them in lower brackets. If every realtor was like Saudi house buying/selling would be perfectly amazing.

Saudi is really an amazing realtor. I have sold a couple of homes before and wish I had found her sooner! The other realtors honestly don't even come close in comparison in the work that she does. From the start, she was amazing at communicating, very organized, and prepared. She went above and beyond at each step in the process and made the experience much more positive and less stressful. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Mary was super helpful in getting us our house! We had absolutely no idea what we were doing and she handled all the background paperwork and communication. Whenever we found a house we were interested in, Mary was immediately on it to schedule a viewing, etc.. She made things so easy for us and was always available (still is) to answer any questions or concerns we had (have).
