In 2010 we found Amanda the old-fashioned way, via signage in a yard around our neighborhood. We didn't have a realtor and were looking to get into our first home, perhaps the biggest step in our young marriage. After meeting with Amanda we knew very early on that we could put our complete trust in her knowledge of the market. We did just that, even though it meant that we should be patient and wait for the market to come to us. A year later we called Amanda and the timing was right. We had a set amount we were comfortable putting down on our new investment and a list of some things we'd like to see in a home, and Amanda went to work for us. After viewing many homes we finally found the one that we fell in love with, even though it was slightly higher than we were comfortable with. Again, we trusted Amanda and she respected our needs to do what was right, at that time, for our situation. Amanda ended up getting us into the home that we loved under the parameters that we had set for our home search, and we can never thank her enough. Aside from our personal experience, Amanda has a personality that makes viewing homes all the more fun and exciting. Her connections to the world or home renovation are far-reaching and she always has a referral if you need help in other areas. Her knowledge of seemingly EVERY community makes her feel like more of a local tour guide at times; always aware of the goings-on in and around the area. Amanda is so dedicated to your happiness that no client request ever comes off as an inconvenience. She listens to your family's needs and will stop at nothing to find the perfect match. Amanda is more than a realtor. She will always be our most trusted advisor when it comes to buying and selling our home.
