Ms Glenda Dexter was recommended by the USAA relocation services section so we didn't know exactly what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! Ms Dexter is by far the best Agent I have ever had, bar none. She listened and noted what we were looking for, then worked diligently to find us a home which met all the criteria we had outlined. She kept us informed about every aspect of the process and took the time to research answers when we had questions. She treated us like "people" as opposed to mere "clients". I got the impression that she was interested in our input and really had our best interest at heart. What I find most impressive and commendable is Ms Dexter has continued to be a source of information and assistance - after closing she provided us with contact information for utilities and other services we would need; and made sure we were okay since we were new to the area.
