Alana seemed to be a helpful realtor in the beginning by organizing two showings for houses I was interested in for times convenient for my roommates and I. After touring these houses, (absent from both showings) I called to discuss these houses and received an extremely nasty response. It seems that she is rushing to sign leases for houses that are not cleaned, nor ready for move in. One of the houses had grass a foot tall and the other had serious mold growing in both bathrooms. It is not about the house being not ready for move in, but when I, a college student, called and asked about the mold and replacing a non-working appliance, I was laughed at and called a drama queen. Just not sure if she treats all customers like this, or because she believes I am naive. Beyond disrespectful and will never use this realty company again.
