We have very high expectations when hiring...

We have very high expectations when hiring someone to assist us no matter what the project. Kevin far exceeded those expectations once again. Michael had previously worked with Kevin during the purchase of this home many years ago. Choosing Kevin and his realty group, to now sell that home, was an easy decision. We really can’t say enough good things about Kevin. He is knowledgeable, relentless, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly to us. He was always one step ahead of us. Buying or selling a home in today’s market is challenging, but working with Kevin made it so painless and straightforward. He gave us sound advice and carried through with everything he promised and kept us up to date during the process. It was wonderful to not have to second guess our choices. When a few issues arose during the inspection process, our fears were set at ease and Kevin was awesome in tackling the few hurdles we had to complete. What a relief. Michael and I would recommend Kevin to anyone wanting an easy, streamlined realty process whether you are buying or selling a home.
