Mike helped us buy a short sale home. We had approached other realtors, but they were unwilling to tackle the daunting task. Mike not only never hesitated, we truly believe that if he had not had the negotiating skills and tenacity that he did, we would have never been as lucky as we were to be in our "dream home"<br/><br/>Six months later we sold our original home through a short sale. Once again, Mike more than rose to the task. He kept us informed the entire process and made it as effortless for us as possible. <br/><br/>I'm sure that there are plenty of qualified realtors in the Las Vegas area, but for us there is only one that we would ever use, or recommend to anyone.
