When we were trying to sell our house on Zillow on our own Jach Kauffman was the first realtor to bring us a buyer instead of all the other realtors that just wanted the listing. He was very polite and even though the buyers weren't a good fit for us he gave us some helpful suggestions on our listing without pushing us to list We have always sold our home s ourselves , but because it is such a difficult market. and we were on a time frame because we were building a new home and my husband had no time to put in the effort to sell it ourselves . We decided to give Jach Kauffman a try. We knew it would be difficult due to 3 houses on our street were for sale at the same time. We not only sold our house the fastest. The other homes were on the market times longer and only sold 2 months after we did. Jach was great to work with, eager, willing to listen to suggestions . He always made us a priority. Being that he is young and current with today's market helped tremendously. We would definitely recommend him to sell or help you buy your dream home.
