•If you don't have experience in the Bay Area real estate market, let me tell you it's nuts! It's a crazy game that you need to understand timing, other bidders, other sellers, and so on. Julie is a master at the real estate game! Her advice was spot on! She saved us $10,000 on the home we purchased and, following her advice, we were blown away at the offers we received for the home we sold. Julie is very patient (we saw A LOT of homes at our request) and easily picks up on the things you love about a home to help steer you in the right direction. She is extremely knowledgeable and she goes WAY above and beyond to help you with all the steps. We even had help hauling away the last bit of junk from the house we sold. Truly, having Julie as your real estate agent is the best decision you can make. Give her a call!
