After our initial conversation, Mike said he would check out the property and let me know about any fix-ups that were needed and also give me an estimate for a sales price. He went to the property the next day. After giving me his opinion on the condition of the property, he offered to take care of a few items himself in order to save time. Upon completion, he sent photos. He was in touch throughout every step of the process. Very easy to work with. Answered all questions. Great service. Great sales price. I would highly recommend.
