•From the 1st time we met Kim she made us feel like family. She asked all the right questions about what we were looking for and because of her vast knowledge of the White Mountains area she was able to pick out several properties to show us. We drove up from the valley and she was on time and ready for us when we got there. There wasn't a lot of inventory available so after seeing about 5 properties, unfortunately none of them interested us. She asked us if we would like to see a new listing she had but explained that it was priced higher than what we had told her our budget was (a lot more). She knew after listening to our comments on each property we'd looked at that this home would be perfect for us so she wanted us to see it but there was absolutely no pressure to. We wanted to look at it and we immediately fell in love with the property but we had to pass because of the price. 2 1/2 months later I called Kim to see if the seller might have been considering a price reduction and she told me to give her a number and she'd write an offer and take it to the seller. I did but wasn't holding out much hope. She was very encouraging though and kept us informed. In the end Kim got the job done and the seller accepted our offer. Kim put a lot of time in on this one and went far above and beyond in every aspect of the transaction from start to finish, even after we closed . I am 100% convinced that, had I been working with any other agent, no matter how badly we wanted it we couldn't have purchased this home. Not only is Kim a caring, amazing, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy agent, she's a really, really good person who I'd recommend to anyone looking to buy property in the White Mountains. Thank you, Kim! You're the best!
