Confidence, Assuredness, Knowledge!

When it came time to sell our house, unbeknownst to us, we discovered that renters had trashed it. It was as disheartening a situation as you could imagine, and we were embarrassed to even have Debbie come look at it. We were at a loss. But when Debbie walked into that horrible situation, she displayed a confidence and calmness that had us reassured and believing that we could get through it.
