Adrianne showed up in areas where I couldn't accommodate the needs of the sale.

Adrianne is very knowledgeable about real estate and flipping homes. There were some details I would have rather learned from her, but learned from reaching out to others in the community with questions such as what radon is. But overall Adrianne showed up for me because I would not have been able to make this move without her. As a single mom I couldn't afford termite treatment, replacing windows, or installing handrail and she took it upon herself (along with the sellers realtor) to pay for these updates herself!!! Absolutely amazing!!! She made every move in my favor and listened intently to my needs and found the perfect home for my family. She took time out to take me around to many homes and gave me space to process this decision. It's important when realtors give us time to think about this big life decision and Adrianne was patient with me over the years until I was ready! She respected the budget I was working with and did such an amazing job nourishing this commitment. She was always available when it was necessary that I needed her and always called to talk through what the home buying process looks like. Thank you Adrianne for making this first time home buyer a reality! You are the best!
