•Was recommended by a friend to Kathryn and i cannot express how amazing she was! Whenever we texted or emailed her, she was so quick to respond, even if it was just to acknowledge that she received, which was so important in this process to be communicative and she was the best at it. She always went out of her way to ask if she can help with anything and wanted to attend the meetings she didnt need to because she is a genuinely caring person. She had so many helpful documents and tips for buying our first home and moving in general. And overall she is just a kind, wonderful person who is easy to talk to. She is the definition of above and beyond! She's also very knowledgeable about the Alpharetta/Roswell area where we were looking. Will use Kathryn again in the future and would recommend to anyone needing a realtor.
