•David was fantastic to work with. I found him through a friend that has worked with him for their homes. He was thorough and fast at communicating with myself and the other parties. He was very honest as we went through the process and is quick to tell you NOT to entertain a house. His integrity is what matters not profit. He would rather you wait to buy, than settle. Once my house was found he was 10 steps ahead of me. I had a very tight timeline for inspection and his recommendations on Inspection was 10/10. The inspector (James at Over and Underwood) found the roof was leaking. David negotiated that with the seller's party, and it was taken care of within a week by another 10/10 recommendation, (Complete Roofing & Repair). Scheduling the inspection and roof replacement was all teed up for me; I didn't have to call them and schedule. David coordinated that lift. Everything was seamless and he really is a true joy to work with. David is great human with an abundance of knowledge in both the real estate world and home construction. I am thankful that he was referred to me and would highly suggest working with him.
