Awesome agent!

Dawn is the best! She sold my townhome back in 2021 in a totally crazy market, yet I felt at ease throughout the whole process due to Dawn’s constant communication and reassurance. She was always there when I needed her and I trusted her completely with my home (can’t say that about many people!). She was very helpful when it came to staging and photos, as well as pricing strategy. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Never gave up

Was trying to find a house when the market was horrible post-covid. Was having a hard time but Dawn never wavered. I was so close to losing hope, but Dawn was very optimistic and kept pushing. She is a wonderful person and in never would’ve found my current home if it weren’t for her.

Excellent experience

We absolutely loved working with Kodja. She had extensive knowledge of the areas in which we were interested in purchasing our forever home. Communication and the availability of her to show homes was impeccable. She was extremely responsive, and made the process smooth and stress free. We were able to find our perfect retirement home and close within 30 days! She’s hardworking and very passionate about what she does.
