Super patient and non pushy realtor
Dave is a fabulous person and also very knowledgeable in the realtor business ! I was a hard to please client and he had so much patience and was always willing to go anywhere to help me find my home ! He would also go to homes and look to give me a report ! He knew what I wanted and did his best to find it for me ! He’s a really great person with a great calm demeanor !

He always knew what was going on, set everything up and was always direct with me when communicating. Transparent always.

Very knowledgeable
Dave was great! He was willing to schedule many viewings even on a holiday. He knew which areas of town wouldn't work for me and filtered those out. He was also available quickly for all questions even after closing. Very enjoyable agent!
