Andrew is fast, intelligent and incredibly easy to work with. Not only did he help me out with reminders and phone calls to keep my head in the game, but he got me connected with some other really smart people in the area and they all worked like clockwork together. He was also nice enough to send me a bunch of information after the sale, which I had never even heard about, to help me save money on the house and make my life easier. When I decided to purchase a house I called Christie. She referred me to Jill with The Mortgage Firm. Jill told me what to do to get my credit on point for getting a pre-approval. Next Christie did an informal interview with me to find out what I desired in a home. With the pre-approval, the price point I qualified for, and my home preference, Christie set me up with automated searches fitting my criteria. She walked me through the initial process. She stayed in contact with new listings and showed me to several homes until we found the home I was looking for. Then she set me up with a home inspector. She walked me through the whole process explaining how it would go. She knows her business and the market she works in. Her experience made this whole process look simple but that’s just a testament to her. I could have never done this on my own. From, scheduling to showings to paperwork Christie is an absolute champion! Made accommodations for my work schedule and the long drive from where I was temporarily staying. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Christie on 3 deals already and foresee another in near future. Christie is incredibly responsive. When I make request for information, or have a general question she gets to work on it immediately and has a reply right away. She has a “network” of service people who are also on the same level, from mitigation inspections to electrical work and everything in between. While purchasing and selling a home can be a very stressful situation, My experience(s) with Christie have not been. I highly recommend Christie and I will continue to utilize her services.
