•Teresa was fabulous! She listed to me, understood my search parameters, and only showed me townhouses and condominiums that fit these. When she showed me a property, she already knew particulars about the property: homeowner association fees, whether there were law suits pending, the health of the reserves, noted any deferred maintenance. As I looked at properties with her, she refined the search, understanding better what I liked and didn't. Since closing on the property, she had also been a great resource: where to look for homeowner insurance, the recommendation of a moving company, and she will meet me when I am ready to move my things into my new home so be sure all is as it should be. I would HIGHLY recommend Teresa for either buyer or seller. She knows her properties, listens to you wants and needs, and above all else, she is REALLY nice! A pleasure to be and work with!
