Ruthie is a wizard. She had a clear vision of the selling potential for our house and told us exactly what we needed to do to get it where it needed to be. She was generous with her time and willing to pitch in, had a ton of great inexpensive resources in the way of painters, cleaners, contractors, and even went so far as to get her hands dirty with cleaning, staging, and yard work. She put together an interior aesthetic that suited the exterior of a 1920s Craftsman. We received multiple offers in the first two days on the market. Sold above asking price.
