•Mr. Austin possessed good observation skills when it came to the pros and cons of all the properties we looked at. His reviews of the different properties was realistic about what we could get the seller to fix and what we would have to be willing to fix down the line if that was the property we really want. The process for purchasing the home was a very efficient and streamlined process that was done in less then two months. Even after the sale of the home, there were some things that should have been taken care of before the purchase and Mr. Austin went back and addressed the seller's agent to get those things corrected.
