Dan was my broker when I bought my house in Boise and again when I sold it 3 years later. He did a great job with both transactions. He goes above and beyond. When I was buying, he looked closely at construction issues, repairs, and the neighborhoods. He was always available to talk through issues. He tracked the market and provided helpful analysis. He never pushed me into buying. When I sold, he helped me sell my furniture and keep up the landscaping. He reviews the documents and provides comments. I’m not saying he’ll do all of those specific things as your broker, but you can be certain he’ll do whatever it takes for his client to get the deal done. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor in the Boise area.
