•We have hired Ken to be our real estate agent for multiple sales and purchases over the years because, to put it simply, he is the best. We worked with other agents in the past, but were referred to ken by a friend who said he was the best. We gave him a shot and were impressed. Not one of the previous agents we had worked with had ever even come close to his customer service, professionalism, ability to work with other agents, and most importantly, ethics. You can be sure that he will never do anything that is not in your short and long-term best interest, even if it means less of a commission for him. The latest transaction with him was very complex and involved selling two properties, buying two others, with 1031 exchanges, and during a pandemic. Representing us as a buying agent and as a selling agent meant that we knew Ken, and his dedicated team, had everything under control, no matter how complicated everything got. The selling properties went for more than we had expected (and quicker) and we got better deals on the purchases than we had expected. Best of all, all of the parties involved were happy with the results and felt they were treated fairly. If I could give Ken more than five stars I would.
