•When I got ready to sell our 14 acre ‘farm,’ I wasn’t sure where to start. We had lived there nearly 40 years! I knew the process would carry lots of emotions. I asked a friend, a commercial/residential realtor, but we agreed that while he could do it, it was best to have someone with experience in selling property. Ray Seaman was the recommended realtor because of his experience with both residential, developed property, and raw acreage. The three of us met, it seemed like a good match. Ray and I began the journey. He held my hand every step of the way offering advice and directing me to the right resources, such as a lawyer when a property problem arose with a tenant. It took me a while to get my ducks in a row. Ray waited and advised me when necessary. Finally, everything from my side was in order. Ray jumped in to get the drone photos, the description and set the appropriate price. To my surprise and relief, the property sold at the price I wanted within a very short period of time -- to people I know will appreciate it and value it. The closing was easy. The whole process was smooth and simple. I highly recommend Ray Seaman for his skills, expertise, and calm and pleasant demeanor. A true professional.
