•John made the whole home buying experience quick, easy and less stressful. Through the whole process he was always available (all hours) for questions and truly listened to any comments, concerns and needs. I was impressed by his personalized approach, efficient work process and genuine care for others. He worked through any issues with promptness. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly very easy to get along with. John has a great staff that prides itself on accuracy and speed. I wouldn't hesitate to use John again in the future and refer others to him. He was a true joy to work with.
From the first time I contacted John he was and remained spot on from contacting me down to the minute from when he said he would to having answers for any and all questions I had This was a new experience for me and he guided me thru this every step of the way. If there were things I didn't understand or a situation I had to make a choice on he provided me with factual info so I could make an informed decision. I don't think I could have chosen a better rep. and I am truly glad I did choose John.
