The communication between her and I was great, Rachel was very seasoned communicator, she also knew how the market is in other states and areas. She was able to fulfill most every request we had for our house. She was the best realtor the most professional we have had to include overseas.

Mr. Hai Ho listed and sold my property after it had been listed with another agency an extended period of time. Firstly, he assisted greatly in having us list it at a price that better aligned with market value. Once this happened, he advertised and held open houses repeatedly to have it sell. He and his staff were excellent in keeping me informed, and in negotiating with various vendors who worked on the house. I am extremely pleased with the results and will use his services again.

Cherie knows the area and what’s available extremely well. Has multiple connections and guides you step by step through the finding and purchasing process. Went above and beyond to get insurance quotes, connect me with a lender, and stayed on top of the walk through touch ups and all other areas of buying a home. Highly recommend!
